Terms and conditions

1 - Generalities

These General Conditions are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to therein, to regulate the terms and conditions which will govern the service of supplying goods by ITEC, Lda, headquartered at Avenida República de October, Zone 5, No. 121 R/C, under tax identification number: 5480018868.

The Service consists of providing, through the website https://www.itec.co.ao, access to the Online Store which, in addition to providing information on a set of products, allows the User/Consumer residing in Angola, electronically , order the products disclosed therein, under the terms and conditions described herein.

2 - Exclusion

All underage citizens are excluded from placing orders in accordance with the law of the Republic of Angola.

3 - The right to private information

Itec, Lda will do everything possible so that the information presented does not contain typographical errors, which will be quickly corrected whenever verified. If you purchase a product that has characteristics different from those presented online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase under the applicable legal terms (right of withdrawal - see point 8).

All information on price, products, specifications, advertising and services may be changed at any time without prior notice by Itec, Lda, however, purchases made prior to the change are safeguarded.

4 - Accountability

The Online Store has the appropriate levels of security, however Itec, Lda will not be responsible for any damage caused to the Consumer and/or by third parties, due to delays, interruptions, errors and suspensions of communications that originate from factors outside its control, namely, any deficiencies or failures caused by the communications network, by the computer system, by the modems, by the connection software or possible computer viruses.

5 - User / Consumer Obligations

The user / consumer undertakes to:

a) Provide personal information and correct addresses;

b) Not to use false identities;

c) Respect the imposed order limits.

5.1 - If any of the information is incorrect or insufficient and, for this reason, there is a delay or impossibility in processing the order, or eventual non-delivery, the responsibility lies with the User/consumer, and Itec, Lda declines any responsibility. In case the consumer violates any of these obligations, Itec, Lda reserves the right to eliminate future purchases, block access to the online store.

6 - Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

6.1 - Itec, Lda guarantees the confidentiality of all information provided by users/consumers.

6.2 - The personal information identified in the order form as being mandatory is essential for the provision of the Service by Itec, Lda. The omission or confusion in the information provided by the user/consumer is their sole and entire responsibility and may give rise to refusal to provide the Service by Itec, Lda.

7 - Cancellation of orders

The user/consumer may cancel his order by requesting it to Itec, Lda via the telephone number +244 936 777 777, or email online@itec.co.ao referring to the order number, which will be accepted as long as it has not yet been processed. After processing, Itec, Lda will try to deliver it, but the user/consumer has the option of not accepting it.

For the purpose of cancellation, the user must provide the following data to Itec, Lda:

a) Order number

b) Delivery address

7.1 - Itec, Lda reserves the right not to process orders, when it verifies any inconsistency in the personal information presented, or observes misconduct on the part of the user/consumer. Itec, Lda reserves the right not to process any order or refund, in the event of errors in the values and/or characteristics of the products, when these result from technical problems or errors beyond the control of Itec, Lda.

8 - Return (Right of Repentance)

The user/consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase without being required to pay any compensation, within a period of 7 (seven) days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the good.

In order to exercise this right, the user/consumer may use the missive indicated below, indicating all his identification data, the subscribed service he intends to withdraw and the subscription date. The communication must be made, by letter, through the return of the acquired good, or by another adequate and susceptible means of proof within the period defined above.

The consumer must, within 7 (seven) days from the date of communication of the withdrawal, return the goods to Itec, Lda in the proper conditions of use, and must bear all the costs of transporting the goods to be returned.

8.1 - The package must be returned complete, as it was delivered and accompanied by all the documentation received, namely the following documents: sales invoice and the document that proves receipt of the product.

8.2 - Causes for exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The following are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal:

a) Durable and non-durable goods under the conditions referred to in point 8.1 of this term;

b) Durable and non-durable goods opened, used or with open packaging;

c) Software already installed;

d) All durable or non-durable goods whose value, importance, originality and quality have been reduced.

9 - Suspension and deactivation of the Online Store

Regardless of any prior or subsequent communication, Itec, Lda may, at any time, and in its sole discretion, discontinue providing the online Service and/or part of the Service to one or all users/consumers.

9.1 - Itec, Lda also reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate access to the online Service, in the following cases:

a) When the user/consumer does not observe the conditions of use referred to in these General Conditions;

b) When Itec, Lda ceases access to the Store, upon prior notice 15 days in advance of the date of cessation.

9.2 - The suspension or termination of the online Service by Itec, Lda, under the terms of the previous numbers, regardless of the right of the user/consumer or third parties to any compensation or other compensation, Itec, Lda cannot be held responsible or in any way burdened, for any consequence resulting from the suspension, annulment, cancellation of the Service.

10 - Applicable Law

The contract is governed by Angolan Law
